BergHOFF Vintage Tri-Ply Copper 8" Deep Skillet, Hammered

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didnt expect to love this saucepan this much, but this 8" 3qt one really surprised me in the best way. First off, its gorgeous. The copper exterior gives it such warm, elevated look that honestly makes my whole stovetop feel more high-end. It's one of those pieces you don't feel like hiding away in a cabinet. Beyond looks, it performs really well. It heats up evenly and holds temperature nicely, which makes cooking sauces or reheating food feel much controlled (no random hot spots). The size is also super practical, perfect for everyday use without feeling bulky. The handle feels sturdy and comfortable, and overall it just gives that "quality" vibe when you are using it. There is a bit of a learning curve when using it on an electric stove, which can cause some discoloration on the outside and bottom of the pan, but it cooks breakfast beautifully.

This was very new for me! The pot is extremely beautiful first of all! It is extremely high quality and durable. You would be surprised how much this saucepan weighs! It cooks so perfectly too! Everything has come out perfect in it. It is also super easy to clean afterwards! It is definitely a pricey brand but the quality is amazing so there is that! It is now my favorite saucepan to use when cooking!

This pan is my absolute favorite, and the size is perfect for cooking small batches. It’s also aesthetically pleasing, so you can serve food in it too. I’m very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone. I’m planning to collect the whole set and share my enthusiasm with others.

The weight distribution is absolutely perfect and is economically friendly hammered copper leaves for a beautiful touch and even cooking temperature. Love the shallow walls which leads for verse of tile cooking style.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Low temp is the trick ! I didn’t add any oil. It was very non stick when I was heating at low temp. I won’t be dishwashing this one which is a bummer but it’s worth it. This hammered copper is pretty!
