I love this step 1 hydrating primer because it gives long lasting hydration and skin plumping effect and good for all skin type

It has a light scent and the texture is like a serum with shimmer. The packaging could be more glossy because it’s white and gets dirty.

Usually this means I have to fully let each layer dry before putting on primer, otherwise it will pill. This primer was so nice and hydrating that I didn’t have to do that and I was able to leave one step of moisturizer out of this routine. I absolutely love it and highly recommend, even though I’m not normally a fan of primer. The finish isn’t overly shiny and it really sinks into the skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First the scent is a faint citrus but it does not bother me. The creamy gel consistency is not sticky. Formula is pretty good that is hydrating and sits wells with foundation. Only thing I would wish nicer packaging but that’s just my preference.
