Zwilling Pro Le Blanc 5.5" Fine Edge Prep Knife

I love this knife. Its sharpness makes cutting and prepping very easy. Not a dull knife at all. It’s my go to knife for everything.

Of course, a new knife is sharp ...but this brand is a home chef's best friend. It is the perfect size for S/M hands and I use this and the utility knife almost every day. Another reviewer posted a picture and those are the exact veggies on which this prep knife is good to use. I love the white handle, too. I may invest in a 5"-7" chef's knife. Standard is 8", which I have, but it's almost too big to handle. I am glad I was able to find it on the Macy's website for a great price! It's a great knife--don't hesitate, buy it! You can always purchase a knife sharpener later.

Until you use a really good knife, you'll never know what you are missing. I have used what I thought were good knives in the past, but they don't compare to this one. This knife is a good size for preparing vegetables and fruit. If you can get it on sale as I did, you'll love it even more.
