Product was sealed on one end and not on the other. I could clearly see that product had been previously squeezed out. In order to get a refund; I would have to drive to Macy’s which is quite a distance, which is why I order online. Gross and a waste of my money because I don’t use “used” products.
I love how soft this product is.
