Good Luck Getting the Exact Product You Ordered!
I tried 3 times but never received the correct product. I received the less expensive grey goose down & feathers, Med. Firm each time. Billed for the more expensive white down & feather Soft set each time. Kept one set for my husband to use. He has no strong opinion on them either way. Shame on me for thinking I might get what I ordered. And don’t ask me about my experiences returning them to the store and explaining why the SKU’s didn’t match! I’ll be looking elsewhere.
