This laptop spinner served my husband well for several years. And he was not kind to it. This is a replacement piece because, duplicating the original purchase he has been so pleased with.

Smaller than anticipated, even though I measured. Does not roll straight and the button to lower the handle is right where your hand sits when pulling the suitcase. I've inadvertently lowered the handle many times when pulling the suitcase, which can be frustrating. Will spend a little more to get a better bag next time.

According to tracking information, theI tem was sent back to the sender. I tried calling Macy's to inquire about not receiving the item. The customer service was so bad, the lady was yelling instead of politely listening to me. Macy's is down the drain, their processing and customer service. It used to be so good. Very disappointed.

I love the Madison carry on so far..Today is my first day using it. It arrived yesterday as expected. It’s light weight but hold a lot of my books, lap to , etc!! I hope it last !!!

Nice bag, bag falls forward, no matter how you pack your items. If you have any weight on the bag, like a tote with lunch items, the bags seem to roll every which way, but the correct way. I have use it for the office only, have not travel with it on the plane and will not. At the top, the seam in about a (4-inch area) is coming apart close by the zipper.

I use it everyday for my school, it can easily carry 2 Laptops. Spacious good quality. I would definitely recommend this.
