[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it because it has two equal sides. Front “legs” could be bigger as bag tips forward after packed when standing alone. Love the soft material. Holds up well.

Used 1 time and one of the straps pulled loose from the stitching! The warranty is useless! Very disappointed!

This is much smaller than I was anticipating. It is advertised as 28", and it is almost that long...but it is much more narrow than expected and looks to have about 2/3 the capacity of a standard 28" bag. I was also VERY surprised to see that the camo is GREEN and NOT BLUE. It is clearly advertised in the photos as blue, not green. The green makes it look like I'm going hunting, which is not the look I was going for. Will likely return this item.

I have had a similar duffel from Delsey that finally ripped after 22 years of use. I was worried this replacement would be smaller but it actually packs more. I also like the smaller lighter wheels. Looking forward to wheeling it through the French Quarter.

Nice, but wish it had a small pocket somewhere to put plane ticket or little items. The end pocket they say is for shoes isn’t that big. Don’t think men’s size sneakers would fit. The bag always falls over because the bottom bumpers are too close to center. If they were positioned at edge of bag it would help with stability. The zippers are very stiff and it’s really hard to move the pull, especially around the curved part of the zipper track.

I’m on a five day trip, and this bag Carrie’s everything I need! Five days of clothes, toiletries and shoes. This bag is a gem.
