I placed the glass in the dishwasher and part of the bottom seems to have melted. I have not seen anything to suggest it could not be placed in a dishwasher. I have washed other Waterford in dishweasher - is this a phony??
Nothing tastes better than in a Waterford glass!
I bought this item recently after purchasing the single old fashioned glasses. These were in poor condition compared to those. There were obvious seam lines around an inch below the rim and pockets of air within the crystal. For this price and expected quality, I was disappointed and chose to return them.
I had the best salesperson Tamisha. She knew her inventory and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The items I bought were too heavy for me to carry. She called and had Mills carry the items to the car. I have never had this good of service in any department store at the mall.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this Waterford Lismore decanter and glass set as a wedding gift, and the couple was absolutely thrilled. The timeless design and craftsmanship are stunning in person—truly a statement piece for their bar. It’s elegant, classic, and feels incredibly special as a gift. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something both beautiful and meaningful.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking glasses
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There’s nothing like enjoying a cocktail from these beautiful Waterford crystal glasses. They are my ‘go to’ gift for weddings, showers and milestone birthdays!
The glasses look like they might be really nice, but it is hard to tell in the shape they arrived in. That is what I found when I opened the box. The Waterford box was placed in a cardboard box with no packing material around it. Clearly, the Waterford box bounced around in the shipping box and the photo shows the outcome. I will say the customer service rep that I spoke with was very nice and quickly reordered the item. I am waiting for the delivery...we will see if it comes in the same condition as the original! Macy's needs to do a better job of packaging items for shipment!
I ordered the 10.5 oz glasses and was shipped the 12 oz glasses (beautiful, but not what I ordered).
Beautiful Crystal tumblers.
