Works well, doesn't take up a lot of counter space; satisfied.

Out of all the coffee makers we have ever had, this one is the best!!! It has a small footprint so it doesn’t take over the countertop. I love that it uses “real” coffee, not that plastic pod stuff and it makes both hot and cold brews. I purchased the white and stainless version which looks great in my kitchen. I also purchased a separate small grinder to grind beans, which by the way, has insane flavor!!! I give the “Convenient Craft Rapid Cold Brew & Hot Coffee Maker” a solid FIVE stars!

The item number shows a different color... item number shows a black coffee maker but the delivery was a White one. Please change the item numbers.... Other than that it working perfectly!!!

This makes fine tasting coffee and I really like the cold brew feature. What I don’t like is that I find it difficult to align the top of the basket holder so it matches the slots in the coffee maker.

I like the options of hot or cold brew. Both are quickly made, allow a little more time for the bold option. Down sides: It takes a lot of coffee to make a strong cup, water reservoir has to be filled every time you make a cup and the canister the filter sits in has to be cleaned evert time alone with the filter.

Not having to buy kcups or filters is a nice change from the other single serve makers. This maker is good for small spaces or not much counter top space. Its easy to use and clean. I love that you can just use regular coffee and not have to buy kcups. It works very quickly in minutes you have a great cup of coffee. This would make a good gift.
