Great small knife. It is perfect for food preparation. I only regret waiting so long to purchase it.

Henckels craftsmanship is outstanding, with thoughtful design decisions that make using, controlling and directing this small version of a chef's knife a pleasure. It has now replaced my unwieldy larger one that always seemed to seek out my fingertips. As a pianist, my most precious assets are once again safe in the kitchen!

Somewhere between a utility knife and a paring knife, this comfortable nearly six inch blade also is wide at the base like a santoku. it’s really multi -purpose, nimble and quick. It looks great like classic Henckels do, and I’m glad it’s forged with rivets. It feels strong. The plastic handle can get slick though, and the thin blade comes sharp, so care is required.
