Origins GinZing Energizing Gel Cream, 2.5 oz.

I love Origins products, I've used them for several years and the texture and smell of some of the products is amazing!

I instantly saw a brightness to my skin...absolutely love this product!

The product is sticky not how it was in the past

I have love this product for years. I didn't love the packaging change but still kept buying due to it being the best product for my skin. I unknowingly bought one and they changed their ingredients to have soy in it. I severely broke into a rash due to being allergic. They should give notice on ingredient changes. Typically, when adding soy I I find it is a companies way to cut cost and make a lesser product. I wish they would keep the original ingredient list and provide allergy notice.

I have been using Origins for many years, it used to be a very decent product, however, Origins have gone downhill recently, this specific moisturizer is a water down version, it dries the skin, very poor quality

I ordered the "gel" cream by mistake largely because Origins keeps changing the product names and containers. The gel cream pills under foundation and is difficult to get a smooth look. I typically use the Ultra-Hydrating Cream, which doesn't pill, but is now called Energizing Rich Cream.

This particular formula worked for awhile ; once the winter months approached, my skin became dry and breaking out. My fav formula was the oil free energy gel boosting serum; I had been using that since I was a teenager; I am now 43

I was used to with origin Ginzing energizing gel cream but they send me different products, I need what I placed order , how could be employee who is responsible for packaging is not responsible for his work, I never expected this kind of service from Macy’s, I was way this moisturizing gel cream so long but received different products, I want product what I placed ordered, I don’t want to use this product , could you please check my order list what I placed order and what you sent to my address, and sant that product to my place, I am genuine customer , never complain about anything, even sometimes you send me used shoes, without writing complaints I return, to return I have to go one hour drive , Macy’s is far from my place, this is hike of negligence, this time is really unacceptable , the reason behind giving one star is for service they are providing but for my skin products is good, no breakout for sensitive skin

I'm so confused. I bought the Origins 6 piece Travel Set recently and loved the Ginzing Energizing Gel Cream so much I ordered the full size version. After opening the jar, I noticed the consistency and color was completely different from the travel size gel cream (1 oz) I loved so much. Even the feel of the full size gel cream (1.7) is completely different and not in good way. I'm a little worried to use this product daily because cream moisturizers have always made me breakout. Also, from the looks of it, I received the old packaging and not the newest packaging. I'm so disappointed, this item has become a staple in my routine and really don't want to order travel sized versions of a product I use so often.
