Too Faced Born This Way Ethereal Setting Powder

So light and smooth. I just love it. Very translucent dies not feel heavy on your face

I have no idea why this has so many bad reviews. I've been using it for years since it first came out. It's the only powder I'll use and it's amazing! I'm seriously going to cry if they ever discontinue it. I'm shocked it doesn't have a perfect rating. For reference, I'm a natural (light) blonde with blue eyes and fair combination skin. My skin care routine includes serums, creams, and an oil finish. After pressing in the facial oil, I use primer and foundation, then kabuki brush on this powder. After my makeup is completely done, I add a setting spray. It doesn't change the color of my skin at all, like another reviewer suggested. It's translucent. It makes no difference if I use a slightly darker foundation in the summer or a lighter one in the winter. The stunning results are the same. This powder mattes my skin slightly, creates a beautiful ethereal glow, and helps my skin look amazing and flawless. There is nothing I would change about this powder. It's total perfection and I highly recommend it!

This translucent powder is EXACTLY that! Some reviews say it makes their skin look orange. This is confusing, and the only thing I can think of is, this powder is probably absorbing any foundation make up they put on their face and bringing it to the surface, so it is their other make up that is truly making their face "orange" and not this translucent powder. I do not use any base foundation on my face, just priming spray, then a little blush, some light contouring, brows, lashes, and eyes. I end it all with a light dusting of this powder. Never ever has it been anything other than translucent. I love it.

I got this setting powder in translucent and was doing my makeup today and looked at my face for a second and realized my face was as orange as Trump's. That's just unacceptable, translucent, you would thing would be white but no. This translucent setting powder was incredibly orange. Don't recommend

It's so weird to me that other people said this isn't great for oily/fair skin because mine is both of these things and it's one of the only powders I like, and I've tried so many! Any time I try a cheaper alternative or just get bored and want to try another brand, I always come back to this one.

I was a HUGE FAN of the peach perfect setting powder but they SADLY discontinued it. I have extremely oily skin and I'd figure I'd give this a try….. well it didn't do anything but make me more oily. I pray to the makeup gods above that Too Faced will bring back the peach perfect powder because that was the only one that made my makeup look flawless and controlled the oil.

Disappointed. Does not control oil and applying too much in one spot causes build up of white shimmer/too glow-y. Peach setting powder was superior.

I'm 42 and have had some experiences with setting powder settling into fine lines and making my skin look so dry. Seems to bring out every imperfection I want to hide. Not so with this powder. It's like a miracle. Keeps everything where it's supposed to be while hiding what I want it to hide. 5 ⭐️ and I'd give more if I could!
