Difficult to use powder

I recently purchased this product and found the label very difficult to get off. The powder does not come out to put on my face.

I can't evaluate what I haven't received yet. The delivery has already been postponed twice. I bought it as a birthday present and there is no delivery update, where the product is. I'm very upset

Got the pressed powder, by accident. this is better.

I actually thought I got this when I recently go tit again, but it was the pressed powder. I think this loose powder is so much better. This is my 4th time getting this. It's the best.

New formula doesn't even deserve 1 star

I've never been so disappointed in a formula change in all my life. Seeing how many others agree with me leads me to think this company doesn't read or listen to their loyal customers. No other product compared to the old formula, I would of paid anything for that powder. Now it's complete trash, I don't need a highlighter I need a blurred setting powder which it used to be just that. I will never buy another Givenchy product until they bring back the most beloved powder that so many people miss. If everyone would boycott all their products they would absolutely bring it back. Listen to the people who pay your bills Givenchy, we want our GOAT powder back!!!!
