Henckels Classic Precision 6" Cleaver

Beautiful clever very comfortable in my hand. I was so excited to buy this for my fiancee and he won't even use it, he said it's worthless. I tried it and I had to use both hands and push with all my might to get it to go through an onion that my chef knife made easy work of when I resorted back to it to finish slicing the onion. I asked my fiance' to give it a sharpen that didn't really change anything. Other people seem pleased but I was utterly disappointed.

Outstanding knives. Best we have ever had. Very sharp knives take little effort. We love them.

Solid, well balanced and just the right knife for heavy jobs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Henckles 6" cleaver is precision balanced, which means I can work for long periods of time without fatigue. I love making New Years black-eyed pea dip, which is labor intensive chopping large amounts, colors and varieties of hot chili peppers', green onions,garlic, and aromatics for a large batch of this dip, that all my friends love to eat. Black-eyed peas consumed on New Years guarantees a prosperous New Year. This cleaver makes quick work in the preparition, without wearing out my arm. I would definitely recommend purchase of this precision cleaver.
