I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I’ve been a long-time Macy’s customer, but the jacket I received arrived damaged and torn. What makes this even more frustrating is that I’ve been trying to contact Macy’s to resolve the issue, but I can’t access the live chat and my emails are not going through either. I have never experienced such poor customer service from a company I have been a loyal customer of for a long time.
