Zojirushi NS-TSC10XJ 5.5 Cups Micom Rice Cooker and Warmer

Great unit. Cooks rice to perfection. Haven't tried it yet for steaming. Only negative is that the inner pot is teflon coated

Bad experience. takes long time to cook. waste of money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old rice cooker, which was over 15 years old, finally called it quits. Although this rice cooker cost more than some others, you get what you pay for. It not only cooks well & has some great features, but looks great. It's also a cinch to clean. We love it so much that when my mother & brother's rice cookers died, we bought them each one of these.

The best rice cooker and steamer! Quality product for quality cooking!

My family eats a lot of rice and I have to make it so often. My friend recommended this rice maker and it has changed my life. Rice is always amazing! I will never use anything else!

This rice cooker was good for a while, but it died outside of warranty. It still makes rice, but the screen is totally messed up. I bought this expecting it to be a great long term purchase. If it does break, you will learn that they do not sell replacement parts and you have to ship it into a service center to be serviced. The closest one to me is 4 states away and has expensive diagnostic fees - it would be cheaper to buy a new one. Very disappointed in the long term value for the price of the cooker.

It plays a little song when it's done. It's the best gift ever.

This rice cooker works beautifully. It’s reliable, simple to operate, and delivers consistently great results. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality appliance.

If you have ever thought you've made good rice you are wrong and this device will show you that.

I held out for YEARS because I was convinced the rice from my electric pressure cooker was great… oh boy was I wrong. Got this for the programmable starts and keep warm features… only to discover what truly perfect rice could be like.
