Cuisine::pro® Iconix 6.5" Cleaver Knife

I love this knife. It’s not too heavy and is very sharp. Handles mincing meat and slicing vegetables exceptionally.

I placed the order for this knife last week, and they sent me a knife magnet from the same brand. They will send me the refund on a Macy's card. Even though I asked for the knife to be sent to me, when the card arrives at my house, the knife will no longer have the same price, because it was on sale. I am very upset about this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very sharp and glides on to cut meat very easily. Not too heavy but has some weight to it. I'm assuming it'll cut vegetables even easier! It is on the smaller side than my previous cleaver though. I'm not sure how well it'll cut through meat bones/ribs yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely sharp right out the box ! This knife makes easy work of produce and is excellent for fileting proteins such as chicken. This knife has a excellent feel in the hand which is not too heavy. I would consider this more a workhorse knife due to its thicker construction. The construction and material of this knife is awesome, and you can feel the quality, knowing it will last a long time. Super easy to clean as well. No need to soak or throw in the dishwasher, just a good wipe of soapy water from a cloth or sponge & dry off and it’s good as new. Very very excited to continue to use this.

Its functionality is extremely versatile. You can slice, dice, chop and carve. This cleaver is made of the finest materials and it handles really nicely. It’s not too heavy and it feels good in your hands. Cleanup is great and it and maintains its shine; never dullIs. It’s sharp…..sharp! I love a good sharp knife and this one fits to my liking. I just want to cut every thing in the refrigerator 😃 Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to review this product. I highly recommend this cleaver.
