I have been using this under eye cream for a while now without problem and just as of 2 weeks ago, it started to cause the worst red burns all over my face and under my eyes. Severe burning and itching that took a week to subside. I discontinued all skin care products, let my skin heal and slowly begin adding in one product at a time. I was hoping it wasn't this product, but this evening I put only the eye cream on and had to wash it off within 15 minutes because it was burning so badly.

Horrible. After only four days of use, I was shocked by how badly it affected my eyes. It caused burning, left red circles around them, and severely dried out the surrounding skin, which gave me more wrinkles and creases. My skin started peeling and developed a crepey appearance. When I looked up reviews, I was surprised to see how many others experienced the same reaction. It honestly had the complete opposite effect of what it claims, my eyes looked like they aged 10 years!

Really stings and has hurt my eyes - made skin around them all red and sore, would not recommend if you have sensitive skin

I have been a loyal customer for years and decided to try this new eye cream. Unfortunately it made my wrinkles worse after applying for about two months. I called customer service to try to exchange a product or get a store credit but I was told that it's been too long since I ordered. I explained that I order when they have their promotions and don't always start using right products right away. I still was told no. Very disappointed with Origins after years of being a customer and never returning anything.

I had no idea there was retinol in the eye cream. I can’t use retinol and after I I used it for two days, my under eye area was very red and raw. So I stopped using it.

I accidentally bought this product thinking it was the other Plantscription eye cream that I had been using for years. It eventually caused my eyes to become swollen shut, peeling, very dry, and very red with a burning sensation which lasted for weeks. I feared the creases and crinkles that formed from it would be permanent, but after about three weeks of non-use, my skin is finally getting back to normal. Worst Origins product I've ever used. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

I have used a number of Origin products for years, and tried the wrinkle correction eye cream. NO, no, no! It burned my face. I have red circles around my eyes and look like a raccoon. I called to request a refund, and after being put on hold four times, still had no answer to my request for a refund and complaint. So add bad customer service to a dangerous product.

I only have 2 weeks in use.
