Super disappointed in my latest analon pans. I had a lower set that lasted for years, paid more for the premium and they are absolute trash. Scored up after one weeks use, and that is with babying them, hand wash, wood and plastic utensils. absolute trash. Ill be asking for a complete refund. so disappointing as I have used anolon for years!
I like it,but it is not the same as my other ones. I don't care for the handles they get hot and it is heavy compare to my other ones.
I love that I can just wash out and put away, easy cleaning. No scrubbing

The handle and the lid handle are not insulated and they get super hot. I would expect better design from Analon.
