Made In Stainless Steel Clad 8" Fry Pan

I already own this skillet but I bought it as a gift for a friend. The copper handle is a stunner! She loves it and is excited to use it.

I bought the Made In Stainless Clad Frying Pan expecting a good all-purpose skillet. What I actually got is a pan that changed how I cook weeknight Chinese food, pasta sauces, and smaller stews. It is not a wok and it is not a Dutch oven. Used the right way, it covers a surprising amount of both.I use the 12-inch most of the time and pull the 10-inch for smaller batches. Both are 5-ply stainless clad, about 2.7 mm thick, with an 18/10 stainless cooking surface, an aluminum core, and a magnetic stainless exterior that works on gas, electric, and induction. Oven-safe to 800°F. The Stay Cool handle stays usable on the stovetop. The walls are only about 1.75 inches deep, so this is a fry pan, not a sauté pan or wok.

This pan functions like you’d expect. Great quality and materials, however, cannot justify paying this much compared to other pans for a fraction of the cost.

I’m very happy with this stainless steel pan. The ergonomics are good and heat distribution is excellent. It cooks evenly and puts a good sear on a steak. It also cleans up better than expected. Overall, I would recommend purchasing this pan.

Did I need a new frying pan. No. Did I get it anyway? Yes Do I love it? Yes. If you follow the directions, nothing sticks. It’s a beautiful, functional kitchen workhorse.

Very well made pan; heats evenly and cleans up well. Certainly equal to or better than other premium clad pans.

Perfect size for cooking family meals. Exceptional quality retains heat well.

LOL yo the fact I can engrave this makes it so personal! I'm still trying to learn how to cook on stainless steel but this pan makes it that much more fun

Sears and browns like a champ. Even heating, retains heat and cleans up easily, especially with the stainless cleaner.

Just got this during a recent sale to pair with my 3 QT saucier. I enjoy using this man just as much. I’ve cooked steak, eggs, vegetables and prepared sauces with this pan.
