I had a small nonstick walk in the past, but a house sitter ruined it. I tried carbon steel, but it was too heavy for me. I finally decided to get as close to the old one as possible, and this was my choice. I couldn't be happier. The nonstick is great, the weight is great. The only thing I would suggest is that it could use a lid, but as luck would have it cover of my large stock pot fits exactly.

Love my new pan! I purchased a replacement for my older 10.5" one that I got decades ago. Analon heats up evenly. I still use just a little oil in my cooking, everything cooks up perfectly!

This is my always go to pan! Stir fry veggies, scrambled eggs…. and everything in between. Perfect size too

will never buy anolon again. poor quality. refused to fulfill warranty.

Great cookware. So far, so good. It is not as heavy as a previous set. But, it works fine.
