Broken products with no compensation

When I went to pick up my order in Macy's south coast plaza store, I found out the products were broken in pieces with poor protection package. And I had to cancel the order. It is very disappointed that I have been waiting for two weeks and spend time to pick up, but the products were broken and I finally got nothing. I don't get any compensation for your mistake.

Disappointment with product.

There is definitely something wrong with this product. It is cloudy. Hard to determine the scent. It was really a yucky product. Macys does not sell Joe Malone inits stores. Only on line…Will return.
