OXO Good Grips Splatter Screen with Folding Handle

I wasn't confident that splatter screens worked, but I burned the **** out of myself frying polish sausages on the stovetop and in a fit of pique bought this. Tried it on some more sausages and it worked! No boiling oil splattering my hands and way less mess all over the stovetop. It also juuuuuust barely fits in my dishwasher so long as I tuck to the side out of reach of the propeller/fan/thingie.

Sturdy, long lasting and very easy to clean. Fits all pots and pans and the handle never gets hot.

This splatter cover works well. I like the fact that the handle can be retracted for easier storage.

This is a nice kitchen tool. It’s the typical OXO higher quality and has a nice folding handle. But unfortunately because the holes are small, it tends to hold in steam when cooking and really changes how my food cooks. Kind of a bummer, I wish it was mesh to breathe more

Perfect splatter shield. Good quality

It is perforated metal, not screen. Washes up easily and the folding handle makes storage easy.

the folding handle is perfect - this makes the screen much easier to store in our cabinets than one with a static handle

I've used other splash guards but this one is my favorite. Fits pans well, keeps oil in until lifted but great product
