I was really looking forward to wearing this boot. The quality was not as expected. You could see Blue threading along the seams and the boot is very narrow. I ordered a 10 and I usually wear a 9.5. I could not wear the boots dor an entire workday!! They are being returned!

A shipping label was completed on 11/6/24. However, UPS has not received the product so there is no tracking information. I contacted seller/Macy’s to receive a refund on 11/13/24. They are supposedly checking with their warehouse to see why the delay in shipping. No additional info or refund as of 11/16/24.

I Just received these for my wife, once I open the box I noticed the box was damage and the boots were in very bad condition-used smelly with black paint on them, I’m very disappointed with this seller I have reached out to macys however they are only giving me a refund, this is unacceptable! I would definitely not recommend to buy from this seller. I have pictures of how bad the boots are.
Boots are narrow and uncomfortable. I normall wear a size 8 and purchase a 8.5 and it was still painful to wear. The color is beautiful but the patent is very sensitive to gettinh disclored.
