The fit and comfort level were good, but the boots look cheap, arrived unzipped like someone else had worn them and there a spot that won't rub off.

I was pleasantly surprised about how comfortable these boots are. The heel is higher than I normally prefer but they don't feel tall when wearing them. I also was worried whether I would like boots with the heel so far back on the bottom, but they seem sturdy and good for walking. They fit true to size. I have bunions and these don't irritate them. I always look for shoes without a seam in the area of the bunions which helps a lot. These boots are attractive and will look good with both dresses and pants, so they are very versatile.

I've purchased LifeStride wide width shoes before and they were truly wide width. Unfortunately, this boot felt very narrow and I had to confirm the correct width was ordered. I'm sad I have to return because the style and quality is awesome.

Beautiful, but extremely uncomfortable. I've only worn my pair twice and won't wear them again.

Pretty shoe. I have flat feet and vasalcate between 9 or 9.5 depending on the toe space. I ordered 9 but need 9.5. Return was easy and drop off at UPS. Reorder right size which as already arrived and fits great.
