Clarins Hydra-Essentiel Matte Gel With Double Hyaluronic Acid

This is one of the best moisturizers I've ever tried. The scent is pleasant and not overbearing which, as a man, is important. But the matte finish and excellent result is the star of the show.

Great moisturizer! Especially for summer and for tropical destinations. I have a combination skin, normally a bit richer creams work better for me. But this is amazing!!

I expected a bit more to be honest, nice consistency and absorbs quickly however didnt feel like my skin was properly moisturised.

I have used this product before but i purchased in store previously. I really like this product its very light texture you only need a small amount. It absorbs really well into the skin leaving your skin soft and hydrated i really notice the difference

I didn’t know that this is a gel and it was totally my fault. It is OK. I got the cream version and I really liked that but the gel to me is okay. If you like a gel then go for it. I just don’t, I don’t feel it is as moisturizing.

Hyaluronic acid makes my cheeks plumped. I had hydra essential with double hyaluronic. And this one I ordered for summer to use under SPF, as I have oily t-zone.

I have been using this cream 2-3 times a week (after applying retinol treatment which is extremely drying) and I find this moisturizer to be extremely soft and soothing on my face. It absorbs beautifully into the skin and leaves my skin hydrated and protected, however, I do find it can leave an oily feeling, especially in my T-zone.

I had this in a travel size and have really enjoyed how much it wakes up my face and adds moisture! I can be a bit flushed after I put it on but it quickly goes away and my face is awake.
