American Tourister Cascade Large Check-in Spinner

The first time using this luggage, flying from our home in Key West up to Michigan, and the zipper pulls broke off snapped off. I’m talking the metal part that had the purple pull tag on it. We’ve had it just Uber a month, so the return window is gone, and we are now stuck with a broken zipper pull on an item that was used ONCE! Such a disappointment, as is Macy’s return window. I won’t be buying costly items from them anymore. I’d add a photo, but I don’t see a place to do so.

I am deciding if I want to exchange or keep. It came with dirt on wheels and some small marking on side of luggage. it appears to have been used. The purple luggage itself is beautiful and I will review after exchange or use. I know my first use will do what is already done to luggage or more, so IDK. I just feel it should be BRAND NEW my first use.

It's colors are beautiful and the inside has nice features - I especially like the pockets that fit a few pair of shoes. It's an excellent size for what I need. Overall, seems to be a sturdy suitcase that rolls easily.

Just purchased 5/2025. Took trip out of Country in June 2025 and handle broke already. Not durable. Very disappointed. Trying to get resolution to get monies back as not back in USA within 30 days of purchase.

I was disappointed with this suitcase. The only compartment it has is a small zip bag on the inside. Otherwise, it is just a nice-looking box. I'm surprised because American Tourister has a good reputation for its products. I will return it.

After using this ONCE I am already looking into buying the rest of the set. Not only could I fit my overpacking of outfits, but the ability to pack shoes without worrying about them getting my clothes dirty is amazing. The shell itself is very sturdy and the rolling mechanism never fails! It held anything and everything I could need, without the suitcase itself adding too much extra weight. Highly recommend!

Plastic material because plastic suitcases are waterproof, less susceptible to distortion, can withstand strong impacts, and do not peel off after a period of use. The suitcase has a sturdy and flexible pull handle. Lightweight and the storage compartment is reasonably designed.
