I can tell a difference when I take it. It's more and overall feeling better than anything I can pin point. I'm still getting my body adjusted to taking it. So hopefully as I increase the dosage I will notice even better results. Also the taste isn't bad.

This is the third brand of chlorophyll I have tried. The previous two brands (nature's way and yourzooki) worked quite well. I did not have any results with this brand. Zero. I even tried doubling the dosage. It wasn't expired. Maybe I just received a bad batch. Would not recommend spending money on something that does not work. The taste was just okay.

I've had this for a while and I must say I 100% agree with everyone else on this product! It's convenient in a dropper and it doesn't taste bad like you think it would. Overall I've had a great experience!
