I tried mutiple times to open and even my spouse could not open it. If the bottle design was an easy design to open I’d be interested in buying again.

It was difficult to open , and it took me a while because I was worried I might break the glass dish. Once I got it open, I saw that the resin has a thick, honey-like consistency. Some of it had gotten between the cap and glass dish, even though there was a protective seal inside. The smell is a little strong and sharp for me, but I started to add a small amount to my morning coffee. The coffee covers most of the smell and taste, so I barely notice it and it feels like I’m just drinking my regular coffee. I do feel like it gives me some extra energy, but I haven’t noticed much of a difference in focus so far. I’m still trying it and will see how it works for me over time. Overall, I like the compact packaging and the fact that it’s easy to add my morning drink.

It has fluvic acid, humic acid and trace minerals from the Himalayas. You can either put it in your coffee or tea or protein shake or you could even just put some under your tongue. It doesn't taste bad but it doesn't taste wonderful either. It is sweet almost the molasses like taste but it has sort of a pine taste to me. Maybe that's the stick that you use to dose. 😂 It really reminds me of molasses. I would have to take this for a while to see if there are any major benefits but it is really interesting and a new take to supplements. I'd say worth trying if you're in the market for something for your cognitive function.
