Very nice and comfortable. But the tip is too pointed. The heel is just right.

These are adorable! I ordered a wide since they are pointed toe and they fit like a glove. Leather is nice! Almost looks like faux leather.

Placed order on Nov. 13th as a gift. Prior to ordering, delivery date was 3-5 business days. The next day, received a confirmation that item shipped and delivery would be 3-6 business days. As of today, still have not received item. Every time I check the tracker, there is no update on the status. After contacting customer service, was told should have it by Nov. 26th however I never received any update indicating this. Also was told order cannot be cancelled because it has shipped. I've never had this problem with Macy's orders and have vowed not to order from them again. This is absolutely poor customer service.

The toe box is too narrow. It night help if you go up 1/2 size.

These are the perfect “shooties”! The fit is great and very comfortable! The heel is the perfect size to be dressy but walkable when you need them to be!
