Bad quality but still comfortable
I bought a pair in black and another in nude color to match my office outfits. The design is simple but sophisticated. I loved the fact that these are leather. However, after 1 use, I worn the nude color pair for 8 hours and when I took them off I saw that the inside of both shoes (left and right) was peeling. I inspected them right away and I couldn't find a explanation other than they have been in the warehouse for a long long time. I am returning the black ones since I haven't worn them yet. Hopefully I can return the nude color as well. I took pictures, hoping I can submit them here as evidence.

Cute but narrow
Nice looking shoe. Heel height is perfect for comfort with an elevated look but the shoe is narrow and squeezes my toes. I don’t have a wide foot. The shoe would be a perfect fit if I had went up a half size.

The shoe looks very nice. I give it four stars because the shoes I received were stretched out which caused them to have have wrinkles and pretty much messed them up.

Great fit, extremely comfortable, and beautiful
These shoes are soooo comfortable and beautiful! The sole has padding which makes the feet almost melt into the shoes. The shoes are a beautiful light pink hue and the heel makes the shoes super comfortable for me given I had hip surgery a year ago and am starting to get back into heels. Highly recommend!

My daughter wore them for a job interview and we’re comfy, elegant and can also be wore as casual with jeans, dresses or skirts.

Uncomfortable
Very disappointed with this shoe. Normally, Franco Sarto shoes are comfortable for me, but this one fits too big and actually rubs on my pinky toes. Overall, comfort is poor.

Runs small but really cute shoes
I usually wear 8.5 in Franco flats so tried both an 8.5 (way too small) and 9 (small, tried with nylon sock and still felt pinchy on my toes), medium width. Never wear wide width, so suggest sticking with wide width if that's normal for you. Am going to try a 9.5 medium and hope it works as these shoes are the perfect height and heel for business wear!
