Dry. Barely comes out. You have to press hard and drag to get a tiny bit out. NOT GOOD.I threw it in the trash after two tries.

Will buy more!!
I have had 5 of these. I have 3 left and am excited to try new colors. I cannot say enough good things about this product. I love it as an all-over application after lining. It lasts beautifully. My advice is top lip first, then bottom to have the stronger color pay off on the upper first. I have had none of the challenges people write about; however, I keep my lips well moisturized and am into lip masques and related products.

Doesn't bleed
This stain stays put all day. It doesn't bleed into the fine lines around my lips like other products do.

and BACK the "Caligraphy" goes🤨…hmm,
Oh wow- if only the back of my hand were my lips! No color after layer upon layer to lips THEN a blotchy, uneven, dried up mess. Needs to be improved before relaunch🤔

These are very pigmented and not drying. I would love to see some nude shades. They wear a long time, but some shades can feather a little.

Stays on so well, needs a true nude!
I agree with the person who said this is unlike any other lip stain. I have tried so many lip markers and stains over the years. All of them wear off much too quickly. I love the fact that this lip stain stays on truly all day, even with eating and multiple aquaphor applications. My only request is to make a true light brownish nude. Malala is too strong and dark and red. Hillary and Elizabeth are both very orangey pink.

Obsessed. The lip stain I've been searching for.
This stain is completely different than any you've ever tried - it applies differently and it lasts forever. It doesn't dry out my lips and the color is perfect. it really is a stain and doesn't sit on top of my mouth. It looks great without a gloss over, but you can use one as well. I will literally never bother looking at another lip product.

Terrible color. Very very dark stain. Certainly not worth the hefty price.

Reaction to lip stain
Me and my mum went into mecca looking for a lip stain and everyone said stila was the best.. tried it on our hands and lasted all day. However, when we applied to our lips they dried out and i can barely open my mouth or smile without my lips feeling like they're being ripped, and they are. It would be fine if this was a reaction for just one of us but it's both.
