Red color on glasses came off when removing labels
Cheap adhesive labels were used on the bottom of the glasses that were impossible to remove w/o using Goof Off. The red color on the glasses also came off. Why would such cheap adhesive be used on glasses that were not cheap? NOT recommended.

Arrived broken
I received today and i need it for this Thursday and it was broken. I have to return it. Very inconvenient for me. Customer service thru chatting is not good i was almost 1 hour. I am a good customer of macys

Broken glass
I am really really disappointed in these glasses. I opened the box and one was bro ken. Now I have to take time to return them. I will not order any breakables again from Macy's.There was no markings on the exterior of the box to indicate the contents needed to be handles with care!
