Broken or missing in shipment

Delivered to my home, the box arrived with one glass shattered. I returned them to the store and arranged to have a replacement set delivered to the store for pickup, as it was not in stock. A few days later I picked it up to find only 6 glasses in the box. At that point I gave up and returned for a refund. So I didn’t have a chance to find out if I liked the wine glasses.
