I originally ordered my normal size 7 1/2 and the boots were a little small. I decided to order an 8 which fits perfectly fine. The boots are very comfortable and they look sexy on. I can't wait to wear them.

On February 3, 2026, I contacted Macy's customer service and was told the company has not received any updates from the retailer. This is terrible marketing and customer satisfaction. I would like a full refund and a gift for pain and suffering. This order is needed for my upcoming birthday party on February 20.
