Lenox Butterfly Meadow Dinner Plates, Set of 4

I love this collection. Had it for years and I am now getting four more because the family grew👍

Absolutely gorgeous plates which were perfect for hosting a Mother’s Day dinner.

I bought a set of 4 dinner plates and a set of 4 mugs to replace others that broke over the years. They arrived intact and look fine without comparing them to the originals. These new ones are made in China and are slightly tanner shade than the almost-pure white the originals are. Putting them on the same shelf with my original dinner plates also shows a slightly different shape to the scalloped edges. For as expensive as they are and from the original manufacturer, Lenox, I would have expected them to be identical to the originals, especially in shape! Now, that I am comparing them, even the original salad plates are not exactly the same shape when stacked on top of each other. Those are the same color as my very first though. I did not buy more salad plates this time.
