Circulon A1 Series with ScratchDefense Technology Aluminum 5-Quart Nonstick Induction Sauté Pan with Lid

I have been researching non-stick, scratch resistant cookware for a long while. After much research and customer reviews, I decided on Circulon ScratchDefense. I have only used them a few times now, but I am quite impressed with their performance. Just as advertised! They are not bulky heavy, and food does not stick on the surfaces. They clean up very easily and look great. My wife commented on how light they are compared to our old set. I expect these to last quite a while, considering the quality feel and construction. Glad I made these my choice for non-stick, non-scratch cookware. Nice to be able to use a variety of utensils on them without fear of damaging them (PS: I mostly used acacia wood utensils, but occasionally have used steel also. ).

I am researching a new set of pans and came across rave reviews for your A1 series. I already have a set of your Symmetry series and the nonstick inside of the pots I use most often are totally worn off… Snd not by metal spoons. Uniformly worn out. I’ve had this set for approx 5 years. How can you guarantee this won’t happen to your A1 series?

Definitely a non stick surface. They're easy to clean and have some nice features. My wife likes the lids with the pour holes to drain water and i like the nice grippy handles. Im glad I bought them.

I bought this set for my hubby who loves to cook. He absolutely loves them. Not only do they look nice, but they're also very durable.

Great to cook with and so easy to clean. Whether in the dishwasher or by hand.

I wasn’t sure a traditional one-handled Wok was the right choice. It was. Two handles works. The size is right. The non-stick is right.

I bought my first Circulon in 2018 and this was my second. Couldn't be happier with the quality, longevity, and amount of things you can use it for! Easy to clean and take care of, easy to cook with, and overall best quality for the affordable price. Highly recommend and will continue to build my collection.

It's such a pleasure to not have excess food all over the stovetop. Just made a new dish, pasta shakshuka, worked beautifully. Bought so we could throw away our scratched pan.
