Beautiful Shoe, poor customer service

Very good looking Shoe. I purchased them for my husband as a gift. However, the shoes were not shipped properly. Macys just added a label and shipped it. There was no packing to conceal or protect the box as it was a gift. My husband got the mail and you could clearly see what its content was. This is the third order issue in role that II have experiences issues. On my previous orders, my order was never shipped and had to be refunded. The time prior to that, I ordered a Michael Kor watch as a gift and it came without the label and instructions.I don't know what is going on with Macys but they need to do better. I expect more from Macy and am deeply disappointed with the service.
