The purse arrived with spots and the outer base of the purse was dirty. Tried to return at Macys was told I didn’t buy it from them and I can’t return it to them although I purchased from their website and my receipt says Macys so does the withdrawal from my account.
The original purse I received appeared to be previously carried. The leather had abrasions and there was no dust bag for storage. Customer service requested that I keep the bag and promised me another, damage free, at no charge. I accepted their offer as I liked the bag. Thank you for rectifying the problem.

I got the plum color crossbody...really love the size and leather texture.. I wish it had a little pocket inside, but it's ok, I still like it. I would order another Club Rochelier purse, if the width and length of the purse are indicated on product details...
