Not what was pictured

The necklace is not the length its supposed to be and when I opened it one of the diamonds is missing! The packaging wasn't good, because why would you stick that in a little bag instead of a box? Probably why the diamonds are missing? Just wasn't pleased with what I received

Not what I expected

It’s not what I expected It looks like some cheap jewelry for a child. The pic makes it look so pretty only for it to look nothing like I expected. And from the packaging I should have known it was something I would not have thought Macy’s had. Anyway lesson learned
