I ordered the vacuum for my mother it was her vacuum that quit working (Duo) we haven't used the new vacuum yet but I have a rocket and she said the Duo cleans better.
I'm sure I will love it but I haven't received it yet. But I've had two Sharks and love them, even more than a Dyson I had years ago

I’ve had a Shark upright vacuum for the past 10 years, and I got this for a rental unit I have because it was cheaper. I wish I would’ve paid more and got the normal shark navigator that I typically have had in the past. This vacuum is just OK. It’s a bit clunky and you have to take the motor off the stick part or it won’t stand up. It just falls right over. The suction power is adequate, but I feel like it leaves a lot of dirt and dust behind in the carpets as it’s nowhere near powerful as other shark models.
I love everything about this vacuum! I love the suction power and the light weight of this vacuum. At my age I need something light weight. Easy to remove the rod and just use the small part of the vacuum. I could not be more happier!
I bought this 6 years ago and it worked great!! I was so happy with it I bought same one again!!
