I loved it at the beginning. All functions work as supposed to, pre-set times are usually perfect, outside stays cool even when you use it for a prolonged time at high temperature, so it is safe to use it on the counter, under a cabinet. But! And it's a huge but. Impossible to clean if you use it as an airfryer often. The grease drips on the heating elements, and builds up on the walls. No matter how diligently you clean it (which is an awfully difficult and messy affair), after a while, it smokes whenever you use it, at a level that my smoke alarm goes off... I'll replace it for that reason after about less than 2 years of use. All other functions are perfect but it is a big failure in design as an air fryer. The walls looks so disgusting that I cannot even gift it to anyone or donate it. It's a shame to toss it in the garbage as it was expensive and otherwise works perfectly but I dont like cluttered counters so I just get a replacement all-in-one from a brand which is easier to clean.

Consistently good at doing almost anything. Getting used to the Joules cooking methods.
I am very pleased with Breville. My oven started making a noise when I turned on the fan for air frying/convection. They offered me a replacement at a huge discount. I had my previous oven about 4.5 years. I use it almost ever day and I love it!
Arrived a day late and dented. The packaging had no damage, so had to be packed that way.
An absolute must; extraordinarily versatile. Great
You will be pleased with functions and quality for many years
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Function button did not work. Reached out to Breville and will send a replacement with a charge to my card. I need to return the defective product via UPS store and they will refund credit card charge upon receipt of defective product.
Amazing !!
My 3rd Breville over the last 15 years. The only toaster oven/air fryer I recommend.
