These are very cute. The leather is very soft and feels so comfortable. I bought my size 8.5, and it was a little big, then I exchange for 8B which it was tight and they don't have wide version, so I had to return. Otherwise, I would have kept it
Was out of town so I missed 30days window to return. For safety being a senior, was going for equal exchange. Customer service ok’d, being a frequent & long time customer. Said will price match with original sale purchase. I did and could not connect to ANY chat, no link turning up, seemed like my email was being blocked. Canceled my purchase. Shame on this customer service trick. 2 stars for shoe being pretty.
This is a very high-quality shoe, but I ordered size 7.5 M and received 7.5 B. It doesn't fit me because I wear size M. I was disappointed.

I saw these shoes styled and knew I needed a pair of the off white pair to go with a previous bone colored bag for summer. These shoes are basically unconstructed and so soft. The horsebit buckle are Gucci inspired and are classic, they look so expensive. The packaging on par and even came with a dust bag for travel. So glad I found these ton sale, thank you Macy!
The sole of this shoe is not comfortable. Way too tight on the toe box area. They seem to be made for very narrow feet.
They look really pretty but the leather back doesn't grip the heel whilst walking. It's too soft. Am returning.
Horrible fit hurt my feet
These shoes are SO comfortable. I had other shoes from Arezzo that I ended up donating because they would hurt my feet, but these loafers are just the softest leather ever. If you are looking for something that will last and it’s comfortable, think no more.
What a delight to find leather loafers that are comfortable and look great! Happy I purchased this brand. I had not heard of this brand, so I was skeptical. I am pleasantly surprised!
