8 Oak Lane Glass Hammered Champagne Flute, 4 Piece Set

I ordered 4 Glass Hammered Champagne Flutes, but when I received my box from Macy’s there was only 1 flute in the box. I immediately called Macy’s Customer Service and asked them to complete my order by sending me 3 more flutes immediately. The Customer Service Representative refused my request to send me 3 more flutes. He said that I must first return the 1 flute that I received and then he said after Macy’s receives the return of the 1 flute that Macy’s would then send me the 4 flutes that I originally ordered. I told the Macy’s representative that his suggestion was ridiculous and then I canceled my order completely and returned the 1 flute that I received. Macy’s Customer Service is horrible!

I ordered 4 glasses and got 1. I called and reported it. They resent my order but once again only sent 1 glass. I paid for 4 glasses and would like my other 2 glasses. I need these glasses for my daughters weddings

Arrived with all but one complete shattered into bits. There was no secure bubble wrap or anything. They would have been bouncing against each other in transit. Please use some brain cells and pack the way glassware should be packed. Otherwise a lovely product - what a pity.
