Not great of grinding things down such as carrots. Large chunks leftover. Refund policy is terrible. They do not allow for refunds even though I was not satisfied with the product . The product is too large for the countertop, very space occupying. I did not like this product at all.
Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The product turned on the first time, but after that it completely stopped working. I followed the instructions and tried troubleshooting, but it would not turn on again. I was really looking forward to using it to prepare homemade food for my baby, so this was very frustrating. I hope the company can improve its quality control.
