True yo size the block heel makes it much easier and sturdy to walk on if you’re older.

run very large, I can't use them.

they are some beautiful shoes, they run to large and for the price im so hurt that I can't exchange them. even with pads they are still big. I ware a 81/2, I ordered my size and they fit like size and a half biger.
