I ordered this watch online and picked it up in person. The watch is exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the service at Macy's is unacceptable. The person who help find my watch had no customer service skills, she was rude and was in a rush to do nothing. She pretty much located my watch, demanded my ID, and hands me the watch and walked away without saying anything else. I stood there by myself, and decided to open the box to examine the watch before I left. I noticed the box was wrecked and that was not acceptable since this was a gift. I am quite disappointed in the service that Macy's delivered. This was a go-to place for nice things but with the service it comes with. This may not be a very expensive watch but that should determine the level of service you guys offer.

Address was perfectly written and I've never had any issues with the address. It was returned to sender. This was supposed to be a birthday present that I will have to give to my sister late. Thanks a lot. Not shopping at Macy's again. Use FedEx maybe.

The watch is even prettier in person, the face is a cream-ish color that looks very elegant and classy! Definitely buy the silver bracelet vs the two tone if you’re looking for that classic Cartier look, I saw the two tone in person when I went to resize it in Macy’s Herald Square and I was glad with my silver choice.

Not as described- not a white dial is glossy beige gold and the crystal is not flat looks like generic/ fashion brand
