I purchased this watch on 7/11/26 and still had not received my merchandise, this is the second time I have ordered from Macys and it has been a problem. Went to Macys to retrieve it for the second day and they have no idea where the item is located neither does the carrier. I will not purchase again from Macys!

Watch was great, customer service was not good. Maceys would not size the watch. Had to go elsewhere and pay an additional fee.

The size of the watch face is great and easy to read the time. I like the dark blue face. At first, I was concerned about the snap closure. But it is nice and tight; watch not likely to fall off. Perfect fit on my wrist.
Seiko never disappoints. This is my second watch; I hope it lasts as long as the first one.

Beautiful, elegant watch, just as it's pictured. 4 stars because it doesn’t mmcome with instructions to adjust the strap. Otherwise, love it.
