These are beautiful shoes except the heel straps are not adjustable and they were way too big for my feet. I tried taking the shoes to a shoe repair shop to have some of the elastic removed, however the owner said it would not look good and suggested I return them to Macy’s. I am very sad because they are beautiful, seemed to be comfortable, and were a great price.
I absolutely love my heals I bought them in teal I’m definitely going to buy the black pair. Such a beautiful looking heal and comfort. I love Ninewest.
These shoes are beautiful. I wear a size 7M, and the sizing for this model is spot-on—it doesn't run large or small, nor is the fit wide as some have claimed. For reference, I have a medium-width foot (on the narrower side), and this shoe fits me perfectly. In fact, I had originally ordered a half-size smaller based on comments saying they ran wide, but I had to return them and order my usual size. I hope this helps. Thank you.
I Love my shoes they look nice .on my feet when go out
These shoes looked nice online and I needed black ones that I could wear with majority of my outfits. I was disappointed when I opened the box and found out that they were used, I could clearly see it on the bottoms of the shoes. Is anyone checking what they send ? I really like them but will return and try to order another pair and hopefully this time they will be new, if not will stop buying shoes from Macy’s because this is the second time it happened to me and I rarely buy shoes from Macy’s.Very poor quality control .
Heel rotated so I returned. New pair did same and a few wears later the chain broke. I only wore them 5-6x so the design is poor.
Wonderful shoes!
These shoes are a bit wide, as well as high (4"). My foot is on the wider side so these shoes are comfortable for me. I love the blue color with the addition of metal looking decor to add some fanciness to the shoe. The blue goes well with a similar blue color party dress i have. Can wait to wear together to the next big social this Spring
These shoes are so stylish!!! You can make a casual outfit pop, with this. Or even wear them for a night on the town! Great price too!
The shoe runs large and wide
