I have got scratches inside blendtec jar after using it for 5 years. It should never get scratches and should be sturdier.

I have been a royal customer for 20 +years. I really love the powerful base and multitask functions. However, nowadays, the microplastics in the containers is a big concern for me. No matter how careful we use, the jar is still get scratched by the nature of how the blender function. Are you going to come out with a better solution? I don't want to hear that BPA free jar is save. I don't want to eat plastics at all. Please work something out. I hate to switch to other blender.

I have never had a bad experience with my blender. I’m actually just looking to get a new jar. Only because mine is old and I just want a new one. I don’t even need a new one.

So far so good, it does what it's supposed to do.

Always a 10 in my book. Wore out my first jar. Replaced.

These jars are great! My old one lasted over 5 years with heavy use. The jar never chipped or cracked though, worn out bearing instead. These jars hold up surprisingly well and don't take on stains or odors. The new jar is performing great so far. Very happy with Blendtec products!

Not sure if it’s the new design of the jar, or that my machine is past its prime (over 400 drinks made), but it is not chopping everything up. I’m constantly left with a chunk or two of frozen banana or strawberry that won’t blend in.

I would like to see a removable, replaceable blade instead of having to purchase a new jar.

I bought a blendtec blender and the jar failed after about a year. I decided to go ahead and buy a whole new blender again because the jars were so expensive. Same thing happened. Now I have 2 bases. Sad

Seems of good quality, sturdy. I hope this one lasts longer than the last one did. For the price you pay for these blenders, the accessories are certainly not cheap.
